Its age-appropriate fluoride content can help protect against cavities with regular brushing. Directions Under 2 years: from the first tooth, brush twice daily with a rice-grain-sized amount. From 2 years: brush twice daily with a pea-sized amount. Up to 6 years, use only a pea-sized amount and brush under supervision to minimise swallowing. Warnings Contains sodium fluoride (1,000 ppm F-). If fluoride is being taken from other sources, consult a dentist or doctor.
