- For app-search problems: search terms, product link, approximate time, platform, and device.
- For account or order matters: your handle or order ID only when relevant.
- A short description of what happened and when.
- Only screenshots with private information redacted.
Do not email secrets / 请勿发送敏感信息
Do not send passwords, Passkey material, recovery codes, API keys, addresses, phone numbers, government-ID or KYC material, receiving instructions, QR codes, bank or wallet details, payment proofs, or unredacted screenshots.
Order and Direct Pay help / 订单与直付
Direct Pay assistance is available only where Direct Pay is enabled. WebAZ does not hold buyer-to-seller principal and cannot reverse or refund that principal. For an active order, review the order page for available delivery, evidence, and dispute actions.
Privacy requests / 隐私请求
For access, correction, deletion, or privacy questions, email the same address and identify the request as privacy-related. Account deletion does not currently erase every linked record. See the Privacy Policy.
